About Us
Resolve Environmental Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Mr. Ian Lundberg. The goal of Resolve is to provide cost-effective, well-thought-out solutions to environmental and engineering issues faced by industrial, manufacturing, and commercial businesses. Mr. Lundberg, as presented below, is a registered professional engineer (PE) with about 20 years of experience in water, wastewater, and air pollution projects. Mr. Shugart is a registered professional geologist (PG) with over 30 years of experience in subsurface investigation, environmental assessments, environmental planning, risk assessment and tank integrity testing. Both have advanced degrees and have worked with large and small clients to provide innovative solutions for projects. Who We Are
Ian Lundberg, PE
Mr. Ian Lundberg is a registered Professional Engineer with almost 20 years of project management experience, primarily in water and air quality and regulatory issues. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from Purdue. Ian was a member of the Water Environment Federation’s TMDL Workgroup, the Georgia EPD's Storm Water Permit Work Group and is a recipient of the Alva T. Storey Award for Outstanding Service to the Georgia Association of Water Professionals.
Steven Shugart, PG
Mr. Steven Shugart, a registered Professional Geologist, has over 30 years of experience in environmental assessments and remediation. He received his B.S. in Geology from Nicholls State University in 1974 and a M.S. in Environmental Sciences and Engineering from Virginia Tech in 1976. After 4 years with the USEPA, Steve has worked in consulting for the past 28 years. His project mangement experience includes numerous Superfund and DoD site investigation and remediation projects. He is an ISO 14001 Lead Auditor and a Certified Tank Inspector.
